Three reasons to carry X-Link Soft:

  1. Hit and sit. X-Link Soft ricochets and rolls much less than other discs. Landing on a fast green? Throw an X-Link Soft and improve your odds.
  2. Great for form. While X-Link Soft flies very well - even the drivers - it does require good form. It is used as a diagnostic tool by many players. Nice and smooth.
  3. Insane durability. X-Link Soft is the closest to pure rubber of all of our X-Links. As such, X-LInk Soft is incredibly durable and scuff resistant - and feels great too!

X-Link Soft

Picture
X-Link Soft is a niche rubber-based compound. This material is the closest to pure rubber of Vibram’s three materials. In the putter line, this material flies well and will hit and stick, minimizing deflections. It also works well as a learning tool as the floppy material performs best when proper form is used. Note: Due to X-Link Soft being almost pure rubber, this material will dry and crack if left in direct sunlight for an extended period of time.

X-Link Soft is a special run that is only made once a year, usually in late September, early October. Make sure to ask your local retailer to order some X-Link Soft discs for you so you can get your hands on this limited version of X-Link.
