Favorite Disc Golf Story
"Just finished my round at the 2009 Vibram Open, a pretty hot first round 59 (1027 Rated). As I get to the parking area pretty stoked about my score, I see Barry Schultz in the parking lot as he says hello and asked me how I did. I tell him my score as I wonder how far off the lead I might be and then asked him how he fared out. He proceeds to tell me he shot a 49 (1100 Rated), shattering the course record. To put it mildly, I was blown away and so was everyone else as the word began to spread about his score!"

Disc Golf Advice
"One piece of advice that I could recommend to anyone playing the sport is to have fun and enjoy your experiences. Be a positive influence and share good vibes. Sometimes easier said than done due to the competitive nature of our sport, I have learned to appreciate every situation that I am blessed to be in. Embrace the sport and the fellow players that surround you, for they share the same passions that you do. I do believe that this good spirit can be contagious and will help you be a better player."
Three Favorite Vibrams
O-Lace: My favorite Vibram disc is the O-Lace. A more stable version of the original Lace, this disc has confidently risen to be one of the top high speed drivers that I use. Whether backhand or forehand drives, long or short range, this disc has been a perfect fit in my DG bag and has allowed me to expand my techniques through the accurate line that it holds.
Ridge: My second favorite disc would have to be the Vibram Ridge. I putt and approach 100% with this disc and use it for drives off the tee pad as well. It is super accurate with a nice stability and is very controllable in long or short distance throws. Another great factor is the durability of this putter, which equals long term consistency even after taking major impact over time.
Ibex: Next in line would be the Vibram Ibex. I can throw and control this disc straight as an arrow, anhyzer, or on a hyzer line. There are not too many discs out there that can perform like this mid range. 4 out of my 5 Vibram aces have been with the Ibex and it is currently the only mid in my bag.
